Our Lodges
One and two bedroom pine lodges in a beautiful rural setting
Privately owned and located in mature grounds and gardens, two miles south of Jedburgh the lodges are ideally positioned for making the most of summer and winter sunshine in peaceful surroundings.
The lodges are uniquely designed constructed in Scotland to the highest specifications and are Four Star graded by VisitScotland quality assurance scheme.
Built of pine (inside and out) the cabins provide a warm and comfortable base for guests visiting the Scottish Borders. Every effort has been made to equip the lodges to a high specification making them a home from home experience with all the essentials and more you would expect from quality accommodation where cleanliness comes high on our list of priorities. Furnishings and equipment include:
- Bed linen and towels
- Microwave
- Fridge with freezer compartment
- iron and ironing board
- Electric cooker
- Television with freeview, DVD and music centre
- Books, games and DVD library
The lodges are also equipped with individual heating in an open plan layout comprising bedroom/s kitchen, lounge area and bathroom (with shower unit). An attractive feature of them is that the double lounge doors open to a decked veranda with patio furniture overlooking grassed areas.
The one-bedroom lodge has a double bed and the two-bedroom lodge a double and twin room all on one level. A travel cot can be provided free and bedding is supplied for an additional £5 charge
For the convenience of guests an allocated area of car parking is provided in off-road grounds situated within easy reach of the lodges. Assistance is on hand to help with luggage if required.
Dogs are welcome free of charge by prior arrangement but we limit it to one dog per lodge. We own an adjacent field which is ideal for short walks.
We offer short breaks with flexible entry days most of the year but there may be restrictions during July and August
