The Borders is renowned for its spectacular scenery and for cyclists the purpose built Abbey’s Way provides a unique experience, as does the 7 Stanes mountain biking centres. These 7 centres cater for all levels of expertise with trails running through the forests and expert tuition at hand.

Walkers can enjoy the Pennine Way, Abbeys Way or the St Cuthbert Way as well as many short (signposted) walks through beautiful countryside.

For wildlife enthusiasts there is a salmon leap at Selkirk, an osprey nest at Peebles and bird sanctuaries at St Abbs Head and the Farne Islands as well as lots of local wildlife.
